Event Refunds

The following outlines our refund policy for our in-store events and applies to purchases made in-store and online.

Weekly Events

For any of our weekly events we do not offer any refunds. If you are unable to attend we will offer to move your ticket to the following week (if possible). 

Non-Weekly Events

  • If the event is more than 7 days away then we will issue you a full refund back to the chosen payment method. 
  • If the event is in 7 days or less then we will issue you a full refund in the form of store credit.
  • If the event is with 24 hours then there will be no refunds issued.
